• All products listed are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we may offer a replacement or cancel the order with a full refund.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, design or packaging.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable.

• Orders are processed only once full payment is received (except for Cash on Delivery).
• For COD orders, an additional charge may apply depending on location.
• We accept multiple payment modes: UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets and COD.
• Payment information is processed securely through trusted third-party gateways (e.g. PhonePe).

• Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to external factors (courier delays, weather, holidays).
• Standard delivery: 3–10 working days (depending on location).
• Same-day / midnight delivery is available only on selected products and pincodes.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.

• Returns are accepted only for eligible products as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Perishable items (cakes, flowers) and customised/personalised products cannot be returned once delivered, unless defective or damaged.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
• Order cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing the order, unless already processed/dispatched.

• You agree not to misuse our website for fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised activities.
• You must not attempt to hack, disrupt or harm the functionality of our website.
• All account information provided must be accurate and up to date.

• All content on this website – including logos, designs, text, product images and branding – is the property of Secret Signature.
• Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

• Secret Signature will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
• Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

• We may use third-party tools, courier partners and payment gateways to fulfil orders.
• We are not responsible for errors or failures caused by these external providers, but we will support you in resolving issues.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cooch Behar, West Bengal.
