At Secret Signature, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We deliver across India through trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, and others.
- We currently do not offer international shipping now. (coming soon)
- Delivery to remote or out-of-service areas may take longer than usual.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary depending on the product type and delivery location:
- Standard Delivery (Pan India): 3 – 10 working days.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available on selected products (cakes, flowers, gifts) for orders placed before 10:30 AM.
- Midnight Delivery: Available for cakes and gifts in selected cities with an additional charge.
- Festive/Seasonal Orders: May take longer due to high demand or courier delays.
📌 Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, strikes, courier delays).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹799.
- For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and delivery type.
- Same Day & Midnight Delivery attract additional charges (displayed at checkout).
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an extra handling fee.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation.
- You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your Order ID.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for selected products and pin codes.
- Additional COD handling charges may apply.
- Please ensure accurate address and phone number for smooth COD delivery.
6. Delays & Exceptions
Your order may be delayed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Customer unavailability at delivery time.
- Weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier partner delays.
- High demand during festivals or promotional sales.
In such cases, our team will keep you informed via email/SMS.
7. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)
- Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If the customer is unreachable or refuses delivery, the package will be returned to us (RTO).
- Re-shipping charges may apply if you request re-delivery.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not provide international delivery. However, we are working to expand our services globally soon.
