At Secret Signature, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. This policy explains how payments are processed on our website and how you can cancel your order if required.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We support multiple secure payment methods for your convenience:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, American Express)
- Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
- Wallets (Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – available on select products & pin codes
All online transactions are processed through secure and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay/PayU).
2. Payment Security
- We use SSL encryption to ensure safe and secure transactions.
- Sensitive card/UPI details are not stored on our servers.
- Transaction confirmation will be sent via email/SMS immediately after payment.
3. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Prices are inclusive of applicable GST, unless mentioned otherwise.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here are our cancellation rules:
- Standard Orders:
- Can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Same Day / Midnight Delivery Orders (Cakes, Flowers, Gifts):
- Cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as they are prepared fresh and dispatched immediately.
- Customized or Personalized Products:
- Cannot be cancelled once the design/production has started.
- If eligible, the cancellation refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, Net Banking).
- COD Orders: If cancelled before dispatch, no charges will apply. If already dispatched, shipping charges may be deducted.
- Refund timeline: 5–7 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
6. Failed Transactions
- If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, the refund will be automatically initiated by the payment gateway and should reflect in 5–7 working days.
- If not, please contact us at support@secretsignature.in with transaction details.
