Refund and Returns Policy – Secret Signature

At Secret Signature, your happiness matters to us. We carefully check and pack every order to ensure the best quality, but if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The product is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to their nature:

Perishable Products (cakes, flowers, food items).
Customized or Personalized Products (photo cakes, engraved gifts, printed T-shirts, etc.), unless defective/damaged.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products (masks, innerwear, cosmetics).
Products purchased during special clearance sales (non-returnable unless damaged).

2. Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, net banking) within 5–7 working days.
Cash on Delivery Orders (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer. You may be asked to provide bank account details.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

3. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement for:

Wrong size/color received.
Damaged/defective product.

Replacement will be processed subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at support@secretsignature.in or call +91-XXXXXXXXXX within 7 days of delivery.
Share your Order ID, product images, and reason for return.
Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Ship it to our return address (or in some cases, our courier partner will pick it up).

5. Conditions for Refund Approval

Refunds may be denied if:

The product is used or damaged due to customer negligence.
The product is missing accessories, freebies, or original tags.
The return request is raised beyond the return window (7 days).

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they are not already shipped.
Same Day / Midnight Delivery products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5–7 working days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank/credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
