Standard orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of ordering if not yet processed or shipped. Same-day/midnight cakes & flowers and personalised products can't be cancelled once production starts. See our Payment & Cancellation Policy.

Yes, on selected products (cakes, flowers, gifts) and pincodes, for orders placed before 10:30 AM. Check your pincode on the product page. Details in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Yes! For personalised products we share a design preview on WhatsApp so you can approve it or ask for changes before we print.
